If you find a bug on the bounty campaign will you use it to gain more coins or email the brand?
Also, it is not said by the brand that rewards will be given for finding the bug. Will they still give reward if you email them about the bug?

You should discuss this with the brand or the campaign manager. Each and every one makes his own decisions about rewarding.
I would notify them whatsoever, since exploiting bugs to earn money is actually stealing. Or course, I would be somewhat disappointed if I'd get no reward at all for that.

If you have a problem with the campaign you can write that issue to the campaign manager. They can provide you the solution on it mate.

Is that word bug referring mistakes?

If you find any you need to report it on the thread or PM it to the manager but I don't think you will get extra reward for doing this unless they have some campaign under that category.

You found out something wrong and you are going to abuse it? no. Just report it to them and don't expect something in return.

This is more ethical and will boost your morale.

There are campaign who has bug campaign category you can join, but some campaign does not have, but if you find one you should contact and have a discussion with the manager for your reward. talk-discuss-then agree.

Most of bounty campaighn today have its bounty manager. It was created to answer users questions. So, I think if you want to know the answer for your question you should speak with him, hope, he will help you with this bug. ;)

What kind of bug on the bounty campaign you are referring? Cheaters? 

If you are talking about the literal bug on the project itself, you can directly message the developers about it. Although at some cases they are rewarding users who will report a bug, don't expect they will do that in the first place. Or if you are really greedy in getting at least some rewards then wait for their announcement about giving reward for bugs that you will found. But sometimes, announcement like that will just be present if the APP or platform related to the project are now on the beta stage or goes live.

I think people who find bugs and security improvements are rare, and hence should any one find one on any campaign the brand or campaign manager will  value him or her and will have to find ways to reward them. It would be very unfortunate if I'd get no reward at all for that and believe any serious bounty brand will give a very good reward for search a great work done. However the outcome may be, i would notify them, because exploiting bugs to earn money is very bad.

I think if you find a bug and let the project team know about it, they will reward you. Post your question to the Manager at the Telegram. Usually in all bounty programs there are responsible for a few minutes.

Simple! Email the brand and request to show them the bug in exchange for some of their coins as reward. However, care must be taken to not come out as greedy. It's not ethical.
I think this is dependent on the brand as a brand can decide to call your bluff or agree to reward you. It depends on the manner of approach and the laid down rules of the brand. In other words,what works for brand A might not necessarily work for brand B.

If I may recently a security expert found and reported a bug in EOS software and he is rewarded handsomely with $120,000. However, cheaters should be reported as well, because they are exploiting and abusing the campaign and trying to get as much coins as they want. Just provide proof and I'm sure that the campaign manager will take care of everything.

If you guys does not see the action of campaign manager you are free to create the thread against scammer in scam acussation section. This section is been used for reporting scammer to forum people.
This will be rating of that project and investment will be safer for you from the scam projects.

well, that's what's going to happen, and do not have to expect anything to benefit from the report you created for them, because this does not refer to the wrong direction. if you always think that bug is something wrong, you should better learn more

Well, I will email the team about the bug, if the reward me fine ans if they don't I'm cool cause I dignity is important in man. Besides, I'm sure the team will the person that email them about the bug and could even hire such person.

Well based on my experience if ever you saw a bug basically report it imediately to the admin or the manager to fix it as soon as possible , and thats their responsible , if they offer you grab it and if they dont accept it with all youre heart.

You must notify the campaign manager of any errors or bugs in their Bounty. If you do not provide Bug information, hunters will not get a reward. Of course all participating will be disappointed.

A good way of negotiation with the person involve with the project like the campaign manager would be the best person to contact with such issues, maybe he or she can give you something as reward...

Its not actually stealing yet you are the ones finding it out and you do exert effort on finding those bugs and its just normal for them or on the team to compensate on what you have done. Even I, would definitely be disappointed when you do find a bug specially major ones and you havent given any reward.
On previous years i do see some good number of bug bounty but nowadays i rarely see those things already.

The funniest and I think one of the greatest thing that will happen in bitcoin is when it has a bug. For example, you post 30 times a day and it doesn't count. Even a single post doesn't count. Another thing is when you lost merit or gain lots of merit. Well that is funny and exciting. But I think the developers will not let it happen. Because it is a big loss and a big issue for the bitcoin users.

Most funniest thing now. You have bumped the dead thread unwantedly and it is no more helpful for any person. I would advice you to go with the good campaign manager if you want to participate on the signature or bounty program to avoid the hassle with the payment and other problems happening about posts.

Please think about how merit system works since it was introduce, you need to check the good trust person on this forum to understand how to earn merits.

In my opinion, you should discuss with bounty managers and you offer them to work together, I am sure you will still benefit.
if you take advantage of the bug to gain your own benefit without your knowledge, it will have an adverse effect on you if the ICO provider knows about it.

Depending on what company,self-respecting company will certainly give you the award and may even offer you a job.But if a company that doesn't care about its customers ,they won't pay anything and won't even tell the public about their mistake.I've heard stories of top companies specifically hiring hackers to hack them(thus checking the security)Telegram promised $ 5 million to those who can hack them .

they will thank you about that, dont expect any rewards but if they give then its good.
but seeing a bug on any campaigns must be reported for the good of all participants.

They will promote honesty and respect you about it. However, if there are issues in the bounty campaign, help them overcome it. As for the rewards, I think it will be fixed when it is sent to the devs team. If you email them, after the token is distributed. That is a difficult problem to solve. Or normally, when the bounty ends there will be time for your complaint. When you miss it. That would be another story.

Bounty campaign's has no bug they only pay you to advertise their token or project and you just post until you reach the minimum requirement. Unless your well verse in coding and other programming language and expert in finding bugs in systems, software or in this case crypto currency they can maybe reward you or not.
