Gox is the most professional & biggest exchange and if they wanted to steal their users coins, they could do it a lot more easily than by pretending to have a technical hitch. Why would they do that?!!! Gox is a joke by their standards. BTC on MtGox are only worth 3/4 of BTC elsewhere right now, and the trend seems to be that it will drop more.
