My name is Kaspar and I am the manager of CoinStore - www.realcoinstore.com (http://www.realcoinstore.com)

This thread has been created to assist our customers, answer the questions, hear your suggestions, and build a trustworthy reputation which we believe is essential in the business we are in.

Little bit about CoinStore
CoinStore is a merchandise store inspired by the world of Cryptocurrencies and the Blockchain. The store has a wide range of products with the main aim on T-Shirts, but we also have coffee mugs, hoodies, throw pillows, tote bags and more. At the moment, we have 36 cool designs which are made by our own designers, with new designs added weekly. Our clients are from all over the world. They are mostly crypto enthusiast who like representing the technology they believe in, but also people who find our products to be great gifting items, which they of course are.

Crypto world has a lot of inside jokes and phrases that might not be known or understandable for people outside of it. Terms like “to the moon”, “hodl” or “lambo” are just few of them. We use a lot of these sayings in our designs to make them both stylish and funny.  

We are improving our customer's experience every day. Our customer service answers client’s questions in less than 24 hours and this number improves each day. We are adding new payment methods, so our clients have the freedom to choose the method most suitable for them - be it credit card, different cryptocurrencies or PayPal. Cryptocurrencies accepted right now: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, EOS and Dash. If you wish to pay in crypto, just let us know and we will give the instructions.

We also offer custom designs for your own projects, ICO-s etc. Just contact us and our designers will handle everything.

Why you're not using a payment gateway for those crypto-currencies (ex. CoinPayments (https://www.coinpayments.net/))?
- It really saves time.

Just to be clear (based on FAQ page): Will there be any additional charges for custom designs that are made by the customers (instead of those made by your designers)?

Thank you for the questions and your time.

1. About payment gateways - we are working on it and should have them up soon.
2. If customer has their own design ready and we do not need to do any design related works, then we do not charge any extra amount. If there is a need for our designer, then that will be for extra cost. The cost depends a lot about client's needs and what they are looking for. For quotations I would recommend contacting us and letting us know exactly what is the idea and what is expected from us.

You can pay with crypto, please read the first post. Right now we are accepting Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, EOS and Dash.

I would definitely recommend you to organize some contest for more creative T-shirts. Maybe just see what your competitors are doing. No offense here but I found them not funny and a bit too much cliche

Design contest idea is great, we have been thinking about it, and most likely going to do it in near future.
We are planning to release new designs on regular basis, and one of our goals is to offer something different than other crypto stores out there.
