It's well known that buying (things) can be some sort of cure for depression. Women do that since the beginning of shopping malls :)
Selling when high.. this is something new and I am not sure it's advisable, I tried to work when drunk and next day I've seen how big mistake that was...

My favorite saying "the time to buy is when there's blood in the streets, even if the blood is your own." by Baron Rothschild. I always thought of it everytime i  see the market tainted with blood.

I will agree with you that the best strategy is to buy when the price of coin is very low and sell when the price is high because it is good way to make reasonable profit in crypto but you must learn how to hold and not panic because the price can even dip lower before it will rise.

This is considered as one of the effective strategy in the market. When the market experience to red, some investors sell their coins because they thought that it can't recover from the fall. But actually some investors consider this as an opportunity to buy low price coins and hold it for long time. They wait for the right timing when to sell the coins at higher price. By this we can say they gain more profit because they buy it in low price and sell it in higher price. Risk is just part of doing business. Although this strategy is risky but we can't gain more if we don't take the risk. And some strategy that proves gaining more in this business is holding of coins and waiting for the right timing when to sell coins.

Good day! I do the same when I trade. The problem is when you buy low, the price still goes on dipping and stays there for a long time. I admire professional traders who knows how to read candlesticks. But sometimes I think that its not reliable too at times when fud comes all of a sudden.

I think its best strategy every. Only one thing left need to know when high and when low.... I'm not good at it now, I made so many stupid mistakes

Yea a great strategy actually and believe me this is the right time to buy cheap and then sell high when the market recovers. Instead of sitting back and being a spectator, get into real investing now because the market is poised for the high.

it's always wise to buy low and sell high.  but the problem is when is the LOW and when is the HIGH.  most people tend to be greedy in that when the LOW came, they think the price is still going to be LOWER.  and when the HIGH came, they are thinking the price is still going HIGHER.  so many people end up just holding.

It is really difficult but long term trading is only way to buy low and sell high. Short term and mid term traders are have some criteria so they reach our enough value they will trade on it. Yeah, buy low, sell high, they said until there is the price correction and almost all of the crypto in marketcap are declining. I hope they don't misjudge this strategy if they were on the wrong side of the market. They should've HODL until the price becomes higher than what they bought.

The main problem is that we don't know where is the low so price can go lower and lower after the purchase :'(
And the 2nd problem is we don't know where is high because after we sale price can go higher and higher...

There is so much luck also involved because  it is sometimes very difficult to tell which way the market goes, even with all the fundamental and technical analysis done. Never sell all your position at once is what I would say and have some charts drawn out before your trade

we cannot always find the best time to sell high because the price can go to the high price without any notice and we don't know the time to sell. the only things that we can do are just placing an order sell in the price that we want and we let it sell by automatically. but sometimes this does not work because the price cannot reach the price that we want and we need to wait for another time. I think the best thing that we can do is only place an order sell in the 50% of the increase in the price so our order sell can be filled.

Yes, I agree with you to buy low and sell high because you can make reasonable profit from it. The price of the coin will rise and as time goes on, it will continue to ruse and you can decide to sell when it get to a value you think will be very profitable for you.

Easy to say. You need to be able to buy when the price is low. No one knows when the price will go up or down. Technical analysis does not work here. Everyone wants to buy cheap sell expensive.

Sometime it is easy to predict when the market like was bottom last week so buying made more sense and as a result we have seen today where the prices have shot and it was easy money to make it. Sometimes during this leap time in 2018 it is difficult to follow those buy/sell signals and need to have patience in this difficult times.

It's a great moment to do that because most crypto are green recently.
Of course sometimes I feel regret to sell it cheap because bitcoin still can go higher more than I can expect but this is crypto, the risky investment but you can expect more profit on it !

No one knows which and when is the lowest price and before it even start rising again, people are always late and afraid to buy. So a word of mouth is not as easy to do in the reality. So this is a good strategy indeed only if you hold the coins till the time you get the maximum marginal benefit. If you set your target and keep stick to it you should not be worrying much unless the turmoil happens before only and the price falls back to low. Which can happen finally it is bitcoin which is highly volatile and can turn things around. So never get too greedy with something which can fall back on you only.

sometimes we can buy at the low price but in the next moment, the price is going to go down so it makes us buy more to decrease our average buy price. and if this is what we get, then we need to wait for a long time until the price is back to the high again and sometimes it needs too long to wait before the price can increase again. we cannot always use this strategy as the market keeps changing in every time so I think it is better if we can make a modification for our strategy so we can still make a profit.

A very very basic trading step or strategy but i would bet this would be the hardest thing to do when you are already in the middle of the trading where we would always seek or find out which price we would set in since we do know that price is too volatile and anytime it can go over or lower on the price we bought.This simply means we would really need analysis on each move we would made and also most people done the reverse thing which is buy high and sell low.  ;D
