I have been mining for a few month now. My Rigs output about 5 Mh in total. I have now looked into a few different Multipools (Clevermining, [Suspicious link removed] and Multipool.us with automatic Payout and exchange to Btc vie cryptsy). Now all these Multihosters currently give about 0,008 - 0,01 Btc per MH/s. Now if I look at the profit that I would gain from mining Dogecoin (using coinwarz), I would get about 9-10$ per Mh, which is currently ~ 0,013 BTC.
