They probably have enough job, and They do not have a risky job how much will cost tokens when they try to sell it. I know its hard to find for those developers that agree to receive payment with your tokens.
Did you considered paying them with bitcoin or Ethereum? and you don't have to create a form just for them to leave a contact since nowadays when there are email addresses included it is being used for marketing purposes and sold for ICOs.
