Also (trust me on this, and search for the doomed Webcoin), an individual can no longer create and build and viable coin on their own. You need to be involved EVERY day in EVERY way or you're just wasting your time (and the time of a lot of miners).

2. Can you build the windows wallet before launch?

What effort have you ACTUALLY gone through before posting this announcement here? Don't want to burst your bubble but many miners have had their bubbles burst mining a coin for days that the dev has no real investment in. Wasted energy costs and a dev who couldn't care less.

I really wish you the best of luck, but I only mine coins that look as though the devs have put some proper effort into it and have something to lose if it fails.

But I am tired of not having a coin that has some value and is hard to mine.
This coin is a little like Litecoin, but still not the same.
I had a hard time getting a name for the coin so I called it SnapCoin because the idea of making the coin just suddenly came 1 month ago..

I have been researching a lot.. And I would like to make my own coin. Its just hard to be taken serious since there is a lot of scam coins and shit coins. That is why the coin is going to be a bit hard to mine.

I am having a hard time thinking of a descibtion for the coin other than its gonna have a good value and hopefully get a bit known.

My goal for this coin is 10$ pr coin. I dont ask to be the next bitcoin.

I just need a little help from the people. I am open to suggestions and critisism. I just want this one little success.  Might release it tomorrow at 18:00 GMT +1 if the pool gets ready.

Wallet is ready, Logo is ready I just need to figure out how to get it here on the forum.
So website is the last thing. But read what I just said ;)

Please at least get the logo on the OP or it might not be taken seriously, not after the last few weeks of daily coin releases. Lots of people on here (including me) can easily release a coin and have a professional website up and running in an afternoon. With a website you can easily link to images hosted on the coin's website, so the OP logo problem wouldn't exist.

I don't do it because I'm not prepared to devote that much of my life to it. If you want to release a coin then you HAVE to do it. Website should not be the last thing. New alts are all about marketing and perception. Your OP doesn't inspire confidence (yet). Website is actually quite important (block explorer etc). You should know this.

I use gmail and it was in spam.  Not sure how other providers would handle it, but check spam/junk if you've not yet.

windows 8 has way to many fails possessives in it if you dont want to use it then just leave coins in pools am running the client fine so far without problems :)

Do not delete the folder in the roaming directory. Instead, open Snapcoin-qt and click help>debug window>console and add the following nodes one at a time.

I think this was a nice, fair, low key launch. Everyone was caught up in the ruby launch which had some difficulties to say the least. Sending 2.5 MH/s to this coin :)
