i have electrum Version 3.1.3, it has been more than week and i cannot broadcast any transactions, every time i get : Server did not answer, even when i try another servers. is there any way to broadcast electrum exported signed transactions or any way to fix this issue. You can send the tx to the receiver via email 8-), He will push it for you if he want to get his money, or if you only want to push a tx you can try this service. Are you using TOR to connect? If yes, that may be the reason for the error. If you open it in Electrum and "preview" it... you should be able to see the size in bytes. What does Electrum say the size is?
Title: Re: electrum: Error: Server did not answer Post by: pooya87 on July 02, 2018, 03:21:37 AM when i use this servicet https://www.blockchain.com/en/btc/pushtx i get this error https://i.imgur.com/QUrjols.png any help !! this is an HTTP error which occurs when the file you are trying to send is bigger than the server allows it to be. in your case your transaction size is bigger that the allowed size. can you tell us the size of your transaction? since you say you have saved the transaction, load it and instead of sending it just take a look at the size. the window will look like this: https://i.imgur.com/FaOZ9N8.jpg the problem is most probably is because your transaction size is big and makes it non-standard so the nodes are rejecting it. if that is indeed the case then the push services won't solve your problem. you should try sending a smaller amount (selecting less inputs or creating less outputs) so that your transaction size comes down to standard level. |
