There is negative reputation on their account for a reason. Please, do your research on what kind of reputation this user carries around prior to dealing with them. Also, please be aware of the risks involved with this kind of service.
These people take advantage of the kindness of Amazon customer service in order to fraudulently claim a refund on your item. I would be careful, because what you are doing is illegal and can get you in some trouble. Participate at your own risk.
