If you meant to address someone named Sherlock, you would need a comma after the word mistakes. If your intent with your first post was to attract an employer, I suggest you stop doing a shitty job on ten things, and focus on doing a good job on one thing. It's elementary, Watson. That was a freebie, any more corrections or advice will cost you.
