What are your overclock settings?

I have a 1060 6GB EVGA and I my hashrate is about 22. GPU overclock to +225, memory +525.

I set up GPU overclock to +200 , memory +450 but my power limit is 75% so max hashrate about 19. Do you setup Powerlimit?

Gigabyte version of 6 Gb supports memory clock up to+800 and if not I know many persons have it at +750 stable hitting 24 Mhs with a card like this. Core clock should be +200 or a bit more.

This version of the card is not affected by dag number like the 3 Gb card so you are good to go even to year 2021 if Ethereum does not go into Pos.

unfortunately 9gbps is more like a marketing trick. They use worster timings than regular version ( on higher clocks), thats why you have poor hashrate compared to a standard clocked samsung 1060.

here youcan find my benchmarks for 3 different models 1060 3gb and 6gb

MSI GTX 1060 ARMOR 3GB https://1stminingrig.com/msi-gtx-1060-armor-3gb-oc-mining-performance-review/
Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB https://1stminingrig.com/gigabyte-gtx-1060-g1-gaming-6g-mining-performance-review/
MSI GTX 1060 6GB https://1stminingrig.com/msi-gtx-1060-6gb-gaming-x-mining-performance-and-review/

there you ca make an idea how to set the clocks based on the algo you wnt to mine :)

Sad to say that there are no remedies to the 9 gpbs scam zotac pulled on us.

I too was a victim of this thinking that more GBPS could mean more mining capability. Unfortunately, all we can do is to sell this GPU and instead buy a better one. If the 9 gbps version is a marketing trick then use it to trick gamers. I'm sure some gamer out there would love to buy a 1060.
