I give you an idea.  You can offer to Russians the buy/sell service of BTC-China vouchers, and you could earn money with it.

What about the payment?

In Russia there is very popular payment system, called QIWI Wallet. This system works only with Russian Rubel, but it doesn't matter. You have exchange rate RMB to RUB.

The payments from QIWI Wallet to another QIWI Wallet is instant and free of charge.

The website is QIWI.com.  If you scroll down, on the left you can switch to English.

The only thing you need to registrate at the QIWI Wallet is SIM-card from following countries:

Russia, Panama, UK, Israel, Turkey, Ukraine, Vietnam, India, Thailand, USA, Japan, South Korea, Kazakhstan.

The SIM-Card you need only for the first activation of the QIWI Wallet via SMS, and you don't need it anymore.


Then, you can offer your own buy/sell service on the Russian sector of this forum.

But I need finally to convert the RUB back to CNY or USD. Is there a way to exchange the RUB in QIWI to USD and then transfer it to other countries?

You don't need to convert and no need of inernational transfers.

Some of your customer will buy, some will sell. You will receive Rubles from buyers, and you will pay with it to sellers.

BTW, how can a foreigner register on BTCChina? They seem to require ID verification before you can trade.

ID verification is only necessary for the withdrawal of RMB. I don't need it, I have no Chinese Bank account (that's why I need to buy/sell vouchers)

Better to use QIWI rur to back to buy vouchers from another client, and sell again (leaving some % as profit) and so on.

But if transfer back in cash(not by voucher) is really needed QIWI have build in currency conversion RUR <==> USD.
And also have options to transfer funds from wallet to bank accounts (main part of supported banks is Russians banks, but some from other countries too)  and to any VISA/MasterCard bank cards (fee for this operation is 2% + 20 RUR) in this case RUR will be automatically converted to card currency by Visa/Mc.
Not a very cheap option but if you will be unable by vouchers back(if lack of customers for example) in the end you always have this last option.

P.S.
By the way: TenPay forbid p2p transaction related to BTC fully?
Or for regular people it still allowed to such use, and restrictions apply only to crypto stock exchanges and other firms(companies)?

Tenpay and Alipay are only restricted transferring funds to crypto exchanges automatically.
