You are wrong. Aeon is still maintained by smooth, who is part of the Monero development team as lead developer and stoffu who is a member of the Monero Research Lab. Aeon's code is up to date but only with RingCT disabled, for now, to retain the size of the blocks low. You should read and know the facts before you post something.
