The meet is co-hosted by NITI Aayog, Governments of Telangana, Goa and Nucleus Vision. The event will see up to 2,000 blockchain enthusiasts, over 100 industry leaders, as well as government delegates, participate.
The event is aimed at bringing thought-provoking conversations on blockchain for enterprises, next-generation financial services, developing blockchain applications and blockchain technologies for government and regulations. IBC 2018 will feature the world's leading blockchain thought leaders, policy-makers, industrialists, VCs, and blockchain technologists on a single platform. Post by: rohitkaira on July 19, 2018, 05:36:20 AM Hosting International Blockchain Congress in Indian city is a good step forward for Blockchain Industry in India but its looks very contradictory, on one hand Indian government banning certain transactions on blockchains and other hand the main planning body for Indian government - Niti Ayog is co-host for International Blockchain Congress. I hope it will in spreading the word about blockchain and also for mass adoption of blockchains.
