It seems I'm paying .096 cent per KW/h and not 0.96 cents per KW/h, there are other fees of course on the bill for basic service at like .35 cents fro x amount of days and such, so i guess that could be factored in along with taxes and other fees and crap. It was late and was a misread on the electric bill. So there you have it, i made a mistake and I admit it. Sorry for the name calling, but I don't like being messed with. anyways, enjoy your sale, and hope you do well! There are still people out there looking for ancient miners. Thanks!
