If I judge the eth will rise by the end of the year probably not, because now the current market price is getting worse, but I do not really care about it

I think the etherum will cost 5000 dollars until the end of this year. this is not impossible. Maybe it sounds funny to you. But a good uptrend provides this.

ETH is a good coin but time will tell, the market is doing good and if this pump continue up to a great bull market again I think ETH can really hit that price. The market price is not getting worse, it starting to bounce again so just give more time for ETH to recover.

This will happen if bitcoin hits $30k this year, my prediction is that $1000 is really possible.

I think it is way too much for your prediction and is not reliable, but if you do look at the charts in the past, the price is almost $1400 last year but i'm not so sure it will happen again within this year. Well, nobody knows when it will happen but i'm sure it will and no one can predict the prices in the crypto market.

You shouldn't believe that. Over the past few days, Ethereum has shown good growth and there is every reason to believe that the price can start to rise sharply.

I like your attitude, about you do not care about the present market condition which really worse since mid Jan2018. But the good news is coming up, & the good news is CBOE's application for BITCOIN ETF to the SEC. There is the chance probably till Aug 2018 end SEC will approve this application. If this BITCOIN ETF will get approved the whole market will go around 10X imagine the price of BTC will go on around 70000$ and the price of Ether will go around 4500$.

It will hit more than $1500 this year, ETH ATH was like $1.4k so $1.5k this year is very possible.

it is highly unlikely.

the reason is mostly because ETH can not be worth that much since it doesn't provide that much usefulness to be adopted enough to reach that high. specially with the better competing platforms in the field.
but also it is because of its uncontrollable supply which is unlimited and there is already a huge amount of ETH in circulation.

 In current mode it is not possible on end of the year. But this will raise gradually in coming year obviously it is possible on future. We should expect more profit we only loose our hope because it will dump in future many of them afraid in Ethereum so better we should expect low level profit this will satisfy our need.

$1500 is about 200% rising from now ( eth now about $500)
i believe, its very possible for ethereum to reach that price in this year

All altcoins are trying to hold thier value against bitcoin and bitcoin still getting more value against USD
So if bitcoin hits 30k we will see ethereum around 1500$ too.

Yeah 1500 is very reachable but i think once it breaks the previous all time high price of 1400 then reaching 2000 to 2500 will not be difficult, it also depends on btc and new volume coming into eth.

If the rate exceeds ETH 1500$, it will not get to such a mark as 2000$. For too long we have been waiting for the rise of the cryptocurrency market. As you can see,there is no change.

Altcoins is quiet not showing any sign of pump so I think if this trend continues it will be hard for eth to reach the price of $1500. But I know altcoins will survive this and better to grab some good coins now like nem, utrust and of course eth.

Most of the altcoins are today are declining the market but instead Bitcoin is the one that is boosting the most. Yeah, i think ETH would rise abruptly before the year ends and it is just a matter of time to wait. We do still have more months to worry because crypto market might decline again suddenly so we have to be very careful with our own decision.

It will not have happened if the bitcoin still traded below 10k because it has a very big role to pump the price of altcoin and i guess you can try to see how the market fundamental right now. Remember when ethereum touching its new ATH and then it must have waited until the bitcoin to reach its  ATH too.

Remember that ethereum layer 2 solutions are starting to roll out. As these scaling solutions start to gain traction, we'll probably see an increase in performance, value, and utility. Really exciting stuff!

I don't agree with you. Ethereum is one of the best coin, ethereum is really quality coin, the best for smart contracts. As long as the Bitcoin will start to rise, ethereum will follow also, the market cap of crypto is starting to rise also. That is very good sign.

Now slowly market cap is kept increasing and moving in an upward direction where there is a huge chance to increase the price of ETH. We don't know exactly what is exact price of ETH but i can sure it will cross the value of 1000$ easily.

I think the market is at the right stage where you can get big profits by taking ETH. I think it will be similar to the end of last year. It will even exceed the expectations of many who believe in this project. $2000 is my opinion.

If bitcoin hits over 20.000usd by the end of this year its 90% that ethereum will hit 2000usd.
For now it looks impossible but nothing is impossible in crypto world.

I am tired of people saying that an expert is predicting that the price of ETH is going to reach a very high price, things are not so simple, maybe it could happen but the truth is that things are not going to be that easy, all of this is going to depend on if the price of bitcoin recovers significantly and that right now depends on whether or not the bitcoin ETF is approved.

It will depend on how the uptrend would provide regarding of which price it will grow. Most of us want it to reach above 1,500 and I hope it will. I've never really been attracted to Ethereum, but this point deserves some recognition. Of all the alt blockchains trying to do something different, at least Ethereum promoted dapps and smart contracts. Not that Bitcoin couldn't do smart contracts but now almost everyone knows how to do basic smart contracting on Ethereum.

I hold some Ether, very late entrant, but I do see its value going up slowly, as it develops and more mature dapps come onto it. It's still the best, minus scaling issues and centralization of leadership.

I am sure ethereum will rise before the end of this year but not sure if it will reach $1500 this year considering the current market condition and there is also less demand for altcoin. But I am sure if the market recover from the bear and there is high demand, the price of ethereum will rise up to $800 or $1000 before the end of the year.

The problem for ethereum is that many coins are appearing allowing the same thing and unlike bitcoin ethereum does not have an advantage as big as bitcoin and it is not indispensable for the market, so it is completely possible that a new coin could take its place especially since there are many that would like to support a new project and earn a fortune with it, something not possible with ethereum anymore.

some different speculations will surely start coming from everyone, but for me personally ethereum could have touched the price of $ 1500 by the end of this year as long as bitcoin also continued to show its increase. although currently the market is still not really stable but no one knows what will happen to the market in the future.
