I have a problem. Maybe you know why this is happening. I use www.myetherwallet.com + MetaMask. I only use myetherwallet to exchange tokens. Today I wanted to deposit a token for the forkdelta market. I did not make it. Is displayed "Sorry, we are unable to locate this Transaction Hash". And that's it. I've tried a dozen times.

Yesterday I had the same with another token with a significantly smaller price. Does anyone know the solution?

This occurs often when miners ask for transactions with high fees. You should increase the gas level so miners can fastly locate your transaction and confirm it. If you wanna send tokens with small value to/from etherdelta/forkdelta then you may loose much more in fees than their actual value. The problem is in the network and not related to the platform you use, either myatherwallet or metamask, to send them.

I've tried to set a really high gas level. Nothing helped. 15 $ for a token worth 150 $ is quite a lot ...

Try refreshing the etherscan page, where it says the error. Sometimes it takes longer for transaction to get picked up by the miners. Also, try setting higher gas limit as well as gas price (GWEI). These days Ethereum network is clogged, I have waited a couple of hours for mine to get through yesterday.

Do you know what that is? Last I remember it was plugged up with crypto kitties or something. That can't really still be the case today? Is the network often really clogged like this? Are there any scaling solutions coming or theorized yet?

I have this situation for the first time. Uploading 0.15 ETH takes 21 hours. Another thing that I have no idea, what amount of gas for can be finalized transaction.

This is the problem of ethereum's network like what others said, you have to deal with it and there's no solution for this.

I'd advise that wait until the congestion is cleared so you don't have to wait that long and keep on trying.

Maybe your gwie is so low. Todays blockchain is quetly huge required it almost reach 1 dollar per transation. I suggest to you that go to the eth gas station. To know what is good gwie for transaction

You might wanna try clearing your browser cache and cookies and try refreshing your browser before trying again.
There's a common continuity bug in their online wallet which creates this freezing situation sometimes.

Btw, did you enter correct gas price (GWEI)?

It is because an exchange named FCoin is conducting voting on new listings by asking people to send a single token of the coin they want listed. You may have noticed a lot of small denomination tokens arriving in your wallet recently, those are people token spamming in the hopes of getting more votes. I have reported the Token Spam tokens to Etherscan and they said they would mark the Tokens as Spam if more people complained. You want lower fees and faster transactions? Complain to Etherscan and get these tokens blacklisted.

It's a nightmare. It's not possible send a $ 180 token when I even raise gas to $ 25. There was no such thing yet .

I had this problem too, all you need to do is raise the gas limit. The default is 21000, raise it to 45000 and if that doesn't work try 75000 and finally 100000.

Take your time always and always looking into ethgasstation.info for the current gwei/std gwei for a transaction to go thru in an instant. Example as of the hour I am writing this, at ethgasstation.info, the standard price of gas for the transaction is 33. which is within 5minutes. While on the other hand, the highest for it to go thru is 45. They also have calculator there for transactions so you can see how much you are going to spend for a transaction. I suggest not doing anything for now. Wait for the Ethereum Blockchain to calm down. Maybe in a couple of days. I am seeing 100gwei for the last few days.

Your error might be a result from congestion on the Ethereum network. Try to send another transaction with higher gas price and same nonce.

Funny that transactions are taking so long. I just visited ethgasstation and there was information that 0.38$ is enough for transaction??

I once had a similar situation. Then it was difficult to send tokens because the crypto cats game appeared on the network. But several days passed and the error disappeared.

Oh wow, that will do it. It sucks when one bad actor can ruin the whole experience for everyone else. It's doubly worse because all these people spamming tokens are doing it because they think they'll make money by getting it listed.

Yes, most likely it's because of an overloaded network, I use the ethgasstation.info service to check the network status.

It would be easy if you could share the screenshot of your problem as from your statement everything looks fine but there are few possibilities due to which you are seeing this error and the basic problem could be that you are not using the right amount of fees and gas due to which transaction is unable to process but this is just a speculation as any other error may also occurred due to which transaction is unable to process.

This is happening to everyone, Because of Ethereum network is slow for the fcoin voting. You may increase Your Gwei and gas price to avoid this problem. Today I put 150 GWEI to make my transactions fast. Otherwise, you can't make a successful transaction. If you try with the low gas price then your gas fee will be lost and the transaction will fail too. This problem can stay over this month.

Even raising the fee for gas to 160 GWEI did not help, "Sorry, we are unable to locate this Transaction Hash". It is a price problem for gas ?? I recently sent 0.15 ETH from my account to my account. It was gas 10 GWEI and success.

These sort of incidents happen quite often in the crypto currency market. There are methods to fix it as well. The system needs to be upgraded a bit in order to fix it. But then again, this is not a major issue to fret about. There are solutions for it available.

I have mine on forkdelta as well which was the Midex token, its stuck on there, I even forget to go there anymore because I loss my patience. I wanted to get out of forkdelta as the MDX exchange is now up and running. Every time I tried, it says server is busy. Can't they just lower the block time to solve this issue?

This is not a big deal. This happens regularly when mineworkers request exchanges with high expenses. You should expand the gas level so mineworkers can fastly find your exchange and affirm it. If you transfer less then the fees will be high. Actually t5his is a problem but hope that this will be solved soon.

It is not as easy as you write. I increased the gas level to 50 $ and still nothing happens.

I think that your token was locked by smart-contract creator. Especially when you receive bounty tokens they can be locked for a while to prevent price dump - I think.

The Ethereum network has been clogged up for days and you probably need to set a higher gas.

there are problems in these days with Ethereum Network which is congestionated.. you can try to use a higher gas fee for miners..
