Also: "Attacker" is only able to change the TX-ID, not the TX itself. correct number of coins still goes from the correct send address to the correct receive address. It can be a problem for automated programs that check for the TX-ID instead of the address and it's annoying. So nothing to really worry about, but it needs to be addressed. The attackers are hoping that some people will look at the transaction ID to confirm a payment was made, rather than looking at the final balance.
