---------------------------------- I'd like to make the BTC community aware of my experience with the exchange service bitcoinexchange.cc They promised to deliver the card I ordered within several hours. It has been over 10 days. The first time I inquired about the delay, they responded that I should get the card within a day. When that fell through, I asked for a refund but have heard nothing from them since. Below is the email exchange, edited for convenience and some privacy.
