Title: I exposed a scam and got negative feed back Post by: DireWolfM14 on July 06, 2018, 04:23:37 PM I called a guy out for posting a fake version of a popular mining software, and he used an alt to leave me negative feedback. Is there a way I can fix that?

It's not gonna harm your reputation. Have a look on my trust page. After looking at all those untrusted feedback given to me - gives a negative impression/makes me the person that they think of me? Most of those feedbacks are instant biased reaction of the unpleasant experience they had - after getting caught on doing something wrong that they were not suppose to do.
A feedback with valid reference always counts. Updated a little bit. Untrusted feedback is nothing to worry about unless it is true. This is why when you place feedback make sure that: 1) Get your facts correct (which you did) 2) document them using an archive like https://archive.org/web/ in case the post gets deleted. 3) Always use a reference for the feedback. This way the person reading it can make up their own mind. Usually the thread is nuked pronto.
