Title: Coinbase adding new coins?
Post by: ICOBountyPrograms on July 06, 2018, 08:52:28 PM
What's going on with that?
What's taking so long?

Anybody have information on that?  I'd love to know.
It shut it all down since the rumors that Ripple was going to be on there earlier in the year.

As it stands now only insiders within coinbase can really talk much about that.In any case coinbase is trying to create value for its platform by making it a hotcake to list on and draw more attention to itself which as is working pretty well for them. So for now we can only speculate until they actually do it.

I don't understand why people get so hyped about Coinbase adding a new coin. There are exchanges like Binance and Bittrex that are adding new coins every day. Coinbase's support is legendarily awful, they had to freeze trades around their launch of BCH because of insider trading, and their fees are extortionate. I don't know why anyone with any sense still uses them.
