Post by: Anonymous on March 18, 2011, 07:03:42 PM
Job Intent: Create a website that markets a future product. It must function as a portal to allow users to share the product through social networks (Facebook, Reddit, etc.) in addition to preordering the potential product.

Job Requirements:

- Produce a clean, simple design. (Mock-ups will be provided)

- Create a secure portal to allow users to preorder the product and possibly the entering of credit card numbers, paypal, bitcoin, etc.

- Familiar with social networking APIs. (Facebook, Reddit, Tumblr, Twitter, etc.)

- Produce code that can be easily read and managed in the future.

Applicants must provide a generous portfolio of previous work. Pay will be determined on an individual-basis. Any mix of BTC and USD is acceptable.

Feel free to post you interest below, through private-messaging or email (atlas.l.go@gmail.com).

Thank you for your consideration.

I could do the job if your not strict about the portfolio. The only work I've done for anyone is for Nefario, and so far it's not much. (I'm helping with the programming of the bitcoin stock market exchange.) I'm only 16, which is why I haven't done any official work for anyone. Mostly I just experiment with programming and webdesign with tons of unfinished projects on my computer. But it's through that experimentation that I've learned everything I know. Also, if you weren't satisfied with my work, I'd give you all the money back, since I don't have any current work to show you.

P.S. Your breadboard should get to you soon, the shipping added $1.15 to the cost.

Edit: Also, if Nefario needs me to do something for him, he would come first, since he hired me first. Just so you know.

Can you take a mock-up and produce a nearly identical result?

I did work for noagendamarket, Nefario, and Mahkul. They're not necessary the most successful projects but my customers bear no ill-will toward my ability as far as I know.

I don't know zip about web design, social networking APIs and shopping carts.

I know a bunch of javascript:

1. processing.js(canvas)
2. node.js
3. jquery

I also know ruby on rails. So you can hire me as a web developer instead of a web designer.

But I can learn on the job when necessary and is willing to provide daily progress report.

As long as it's not extremely complicated, I should be able to. Have you already made the mock-up?

I'll have something for you tomorrow. It's certainly not complicated.

I'm restructuring my venture. I'll get back to you soon.
