For what you listed, you should just ask to get affiliates. Just like the post above will post like get you a few players for having his affiliate link in his sig. Contact website owners and tell them about your affiliate program. I get countless offers from gambling sites looking to list their site on mine.

Now on the other hand, if you're looking for someone who could do true marketing for you like get your website ranking on page #1 for keywords like bitcoin slots, bitcoin casino, and etc. Then please by all means you pm me and we can workout a deal for me to do SEO for your website. 8)

May I suggest a change to the referral system?
Changing referral the link from a username to a numerical id?
eg.
https://bitbandit.eu/?r=whatever%name > https://bitbandit.eu/?r=1234567890

I suggest chaining that to a Bitcoin address, which will be paid automatically.

I assume 'bitcoin slot machine' is one of the major keyword phrases you're targeting, yes? Is your SEO guy just getting started? The reason I ask is b/c 'bitcoin slot machine' (or 'bitcoin slots') doesn't appear anywhere in the copy of your homepage (nor any of the other pages accessible from your homepage) and a search on Google for all indexed pages on your site isn't pulling up any landing pages either. Also, I'm not seeing any meta descriptions either. You might also consider pulling in your last 20 transactions and real time chat via an iframe so that that content, which does not contain your keywords, won't dilute the keyword relevancy of the rest of the page's content.

Actually SEO is quite different now in 2014
meta descriptions, landing page and keyword density are irrelevant nowadays. The focus is on offpage SEO, but that's not a topic for this thread.
Also we are hiring pure marketing guys now, not SEO people.

I wasn't applying for either position, but that's okay. On-page, organic SEO is still absolutely, positively critical in overall SEO effort and anyone who is telling you differently is pulling your leg. If your *site* isn't optimized, all the off-page SEO in the world is only going to get you 1/3 of the way there, at best. Competitors who are doing *both* effectively will always come out ahead. Good luck though - I really do like what you are trying to do and hope it works out well for you.

That is not true from my experience.
