Title: Need Advice - Building Rig on 45U Rack (pic included) Post by: Gibie on February 12, 2014, 01:47:59 PM I want to build a new mining rig in the following 45U rack.
I don't want to use 4U enclosed cases... but I can't seem to find open shelves to connect the MOBOs to. Does anyone have any advice on what I can use for shelves to keep them 'open air' and avoid using full cases? And then I want to use risers to keep GPUs off of the mobo, but not sure what I can use to mount them to the actual rack. So really I need two solutions, MOBO mounting and then GPU mounting.
