It's a tough road with no verifiable credentials that I can see, no real proof of a prototype, no substantive information providing folks a level of confidence in your offering.

We do not make any claim to produce 20nm chips. All of our miners user 28nm ASIC chips. We are also working on getting our toll-free number set up as we speak. There were some delays, but this will be set up as soon as possible. Until then, our live chat is available to answer any questions.

The hardest part of this type of scams is to demonstrate a working prototype.. whoever falls for this lousy scam deserves it..

With all due respect, nobody needs to make any rash assumptions because the facts speak for themselves.  One fact that really irks me is that you changed your story about your company having produced working 20 nm chips. The reference to 20 nm was on your website, you got called on it, then your website was changed, and then you denied having made the representation in the first place. I provided pictures that prove the reference to 20 nm chips.

Your only defense now is to say the website contained a typo or that you're not in charge of web design, neither of which are likely to be persuasive given the difference between 20nm and 28nm as well as the current race to 20 nm.  Please explain this discrepancy if you can.

There is no need to come here and post your website until you've got your ducks in a row.  That said, I look forward to your media.

Update your website register information so its actually accurate.  But you won't do that because you have no actual product and have no actual company.

They claim to be using bitpay, but their checkout isn't using bitpay.  A legitimate company at this phase would desperately need to get fiat currency; a scammer doesn't bother with payment processors and just takes bitcoin directly.  Caveat Emptor.

As I've said to a lot of these 'fly by night' 'hardware companies' before, I am very willing to accept delivery of your hardware for testing and review purposes. That offer stands with any company.
Although I'm still waiting for a legitimate party to contact me.

That is the most flattering way I've read "I smell a possible scam"  today.
