Desktop of course. Is it even feasible to trade on a mobile device? The screen is too small there's no way you can read info (orderbook, charts, volume, etc) properly. Even with a 14-inch laptop I often wish my laptop had a bigger screen.

The platform doesn't matter much to safety I think. Just make sure you set up your independent 2FA properly and you should be safe.

Hello guys,
I would like to understand what is the safe and easiest platform to trade Cryptocurrencies. Desktop or Mobile ?

So Where do you trade and why ?

Thanks
In the past, I was trading on Binance in China, but lately I have seen so many bugs and bugs in my business that made me trading very hard and at times seemed like Locked account for a long time and unknown reasons.

So I decided to move to Kucoin to trade, floor trading volume is relatively large and also very suitable for me, in addition to not appear to have problems like binance.

Mots of the time I am spending my trades time over the mobile/smartphone. The thing is im also full time employed person and I have no time to trade it over the PC or dont have access to the crypto sites within my organisation. Also that would be unethical practice to do as its again the policy to try them out.
So im just keeping it over the smartphone so that it would be easy for me and no one notices that too.  ;D
I use desktop sites sometimes but that only when weekends or holidays are up front.

Most of the times i am trading on binance, and sometimes on Kucoin.
But it depends a lot on the altcoin that i just want to buy/sell, i am very flexible about this so i dont have any issues related to exchanges, but i am usually using both of them.

i have a good trade history in most top exchanges and especially my BTCs not in One platform as there's some Coins with a good opportunities not listed  in One place... Or there's Some issue in this coin wallet to be under maintenance for ex;

but i'd rather YoBit really there's some awesome Coin worth investing.. moving not other exchanges recently they improve their System additional to some rules to add a new Coin in order to prevent Scam Coins to list.. And block any dev when they Start to scam Users
indeed) i had made a good trading and profits From YoBit coins.. This exchange one day will be the top of Crypto exchanges...

For better experience and to avoid mirror mistake, desktop will be the best choice. And for trading bitcoin I prefer to use my local exchange since I mostly trade btc/fiat pair instead of btc/alts.

Safest site and app would be binance it lives up to it's name as the most easiest working exchange based on my experience but also the crowd. Binance can be pricey sometime if you trade on a price range of 20-100$ you would not gain the right calculated money you expect.

Yeah, it is very feasible to trade on a mobile device but that would depend on your pattern of trading as a day trader obviously cannot easily be able to do anything on a mobile device, but for short term or long term trader, the likes of Tabtrader application where you can make use of the exchange API on the application, and also be able to do analysis with the indicators present, can make it easy for you to make trade decisions on the go without having to go on a desktop or login to your exchange every single time.

Nevertheless, when it comes to safety and security, that has much to do with the exchange and the user itself (like you said with the 2FA) and for now, for exchanges that I am personally convenient with; bittrex, binance and a little bit of KUcoin is doing it for me.

Both really. Todays exchanges are best in creating their lucrative User interface for both of the devices. Whether it is Web or Smartphone it doesnt matter as both of them looks the same. I am mostly trading on Binance exchanger and as far as I know the UI for smartphone as well as for the website is best. The security features in both the ways of trading are same and thus its likely to use both of them with ease. I am always looking forward to ease my trades and the very first thing that is needed for this to do is having good UI. So according to exchanger im using both the platforms.

being easy is subjective! for example someone may not ever be comfortable enough with using their cell phone for anything apart from calling (you know as a phone)! so trading on it is a big no while someone else may love using their phone for everything since it is portable with a nice resolution,...

as for security, a phone can also be pretty secure. the only problem is that since you carry it around you may lose it. otherwise it can be strongly encrypted and be impenetrable.

what I prefer is my own PC at home with a big monitor where I can open multiple things at the same time like my bot, price watcher, exchange in a browser,...

I prefer desktop.  But some good traders use mobile without any issue. just use the platform you feel easy for you to understand easily and which can make responses easily. I think it depends on traders abilities

Of course desktop trade is the better choice, it provide better view and easier access tab rather than mobile. Unless you need to check the price everytime while you're outside or doing other things then i don't really recommend to use mobile device to trade. Also i don't think mobile trading security is better than desktop since its hard to know whether your phone has already been compromised or not.  ;D ;D

Yes, there are many trading apps with the most common one being tab trader. Personally, I only do few trades on my PC making use of Coinigy with my bittrex API on it to probably do some extra analysis if I want to get into a particular market which I need more conviction about.

Moreover, mobile applications like the one I have mentioned have been my best friend since I can easily get alert to stop loss without being on my system every time, I can make any single trade as well as analysis easily on it, and the fun part, it is mobile (on-the-go).

I am trading on both Desktop and Mobile but most of the time, I am using mobile since I am trading in binance. Trading in desktop is more comfortable because of the larger screen, you can see all of the charts and they are more organized compare to mobile. I am using mobile app of binance because I can open it when I am not in our home. I can open it wherever I am as long as there is internet connection using my phone.

I prefer to use the desktop for short-term trading. I usually trade at binance, okex, and bittrex. But sometimes I mostly use mobile okex because it is more effective and efficient.

In my opinion the most secure platform for cryptocurrency transactions is the desktop. and i'm a newbie so i choose trade on binance. Because binance is easy to use

depend on my situations that when i can't reach my PC then i would use my mobile but often too i was trading use my Desktop because with using Desktop we can optimize some of feature from the particular exchange which is it can't be done by mobile and Desktop safer i think

It's easier to use desktop/laptop for trading, some mobile can't handle the candlesticks and graphs which may cause the mobile to lag or freeze..
For trading platform, I use binance for lower trading fee and high volume.

The laptop is a much more convenient device for carrying out operations with crypto-currencies. Sometimes, of course, mobile devices can be useful, especially when you need to get access to the stock exchange urgently, and you are at that time somewhere on the street.

I use desktop in trading because I find it too risky to do trading through mobile. Also, desktop is faster and easier to do transactions rather than mobile phone alone. I could also secure my file through it and make transactions safer because everything is visible in desktop unlike mobile which has it's limit.

Always go for Desktop platform for trading because it is more secure than mobile it's just my personal view and i think you can navigate the platform in much more easier way in the desktop version rather than the mobile version. I am trading in a desktop version from past 5 years with complete security and without any complaints. But if you feel comfortable with mobile then i think you should continue on with your comfort as it all depends on one's comfort zone.

No way mobile will be the most appropriate* platform to deal on trade if compare to desktop "in general" even how best it is to the person using it or how smooth and fast the mobile app is.

Mobile are used for certain reasons like, when not a home, when there's no desktop available, even you are in bed or bathroom you can able to trade etc. That's the advantage of using mobile. I too, sometimes used mobile because not all the time Im infront of my desktop but for faster phasing especially at high volume exchanges or when a certain coin is currently on crazy pump, I preferred using desktop.

For being safe, both are safe. It's you generally who will make it safe.

I think the best device for trade is Desktop because it is the safe and easiest Device to trade Cryptocurrencies for you. The detailed information is displaying and you can do all the things very easily without any problem and the main thing is you can put money figures easy way that is not easy on a mobile device,

You must be a day trader then. I am never a fan of day-trading anyway but I understand how the necessity to have a bigger screen comes into play. Being a long term and some terms a short/midterm trader, making use of mobile applications really brings a lot of ease into my trading life.

For the way things have been over time, when it comes to logging into exchanges every time, or having to make use of different exchanges for security reasons, it can make it tiring, but all the same, the fact that I can use applications like tab trader makes things swift.

I don’t really fancy desktop for trading, it’s good tho' but what I don’t like is that it is not something you can carry about from one place to another. Laptops and mobile devices are easy to carry, most especially mobile devices you can easily pocket and be on your way.

When was into forex trading the site I was using then had a mobile app for those that wish to trade with their phones. I downloaded it then and was really satisfied. You can even zoom the chart and do a lot of things. Really helpful!

I think that the desktop PC has more protection than the mobile, so it's better to use the desktop.
But if all the time on the road and trade is not the main income, the privileges are on the side of mobility.

The last time I trade my tokens I was using my desktop because I need to have a widescreen to avoid mistakes in doing transactions. We need to open more tabs when we start trading so it's better to have a widescreen to switch tab as quickly as possible. I need to have a clearer view when logging in to sites that involves trading transactions to avoid getting phished.

I always prefer to make use of Desktop. Why? You can execute things without any hassle because you can ran of the entire platform on a big screen rather than on a mobile phone which most of the times you would make mistakes on clicking out due to limited space. This is why when i do trade i do use up my pc and when i checking out prices or necessary sell out or buy then thats the time i make use of mobile phones specially when im in a travel.

Trading with my Personal Computer connected to my widescreen TV for better trading experience, it is more convenient to use it as you can see the order books and charts clearly all in one screen, I know there's an application for mobiles from exchanges that make the interface more user-friendly but I prefer to see all the features and navigation of the exchanges on one screen that's why it's a PC for me.

" safe and easiest Device to trade Cryptocurrencies "

desktop is big then offers a very good view and in my opinion I think this is something very good ... But desktop is not mobile, so if you go somewhere and you will need to make trade the desktop will not be of great help .

Mobile has a very small screen, which in my opinion can not see anything, I do not even know how anyone could trade on Mobile, but Mobile has the advantage of being mobile. So in my opinion the best solution is Laptop or even tablet because they are mobile and have a very large screen

I prefer trading on a desktop version, but sometimes I use mobile one too. IMO, everything depends on the exchange you're utilizing. If it has friendly interface and can be understood on intuitive level then it doesn't matter if it's mobile or desktop. For example, CEX is good in both variants : https://cex.io/, https://cex.io/mobile.
But to be honest, the bigger screen on your devise, the more convenient it is to trade.

For every open potition i always use desktop version, because make more easy to know the price on bullish or bearish. And for take profit i use mobile app or desktop depend on the situation and my times. I think many trader give recommended to trade on desktop because more accurate to determine support resistance level.

its depend where you used to, but obviously desktop is more convenient. In desktop you can move faster and more detailed.
If you really want to use Android or iOS, you must download the mobile app of that trading platform, it will help you avoid any extra moves of your finger.

Its always better to use wide screen devices to trade because you can have a close look at charts of multiple market at a glance and can even have a small window with latest/news update related to market.

In small devices you can easily make mistakes which might cost you hundreds of dollar specially when you are doing margin trading. Mobile devices are good to have quick look at your open positions and market but not idle for trading.

Use desktop or laptop for trading because while you are trading with mobile devices then chance of making error is high like copying the address, een if you missed one character of your address then all of your money will be gone and also the small screen is hard to see,so laptop is the first thing you need for trading.

Anyone is safe as long as you have the security of your account well implemented to at least give the hackers a very hard time for attempting to get into your account and by security; I am referring to a very strong password, making use of additional securities like 2FA or email login and so on.

Nevertheless, when it comes to exchanges, I am good with bittrex and binance for now and since I can make use of their APIs on tab trader, it has become an easy thing for me to trade on the go. Almost all the exchanges are good in terms of their secured measurements but we also need to implement for our accounts so that those measurements will get full swing to get us the actual meaning of them.

I do a little bit of both since I'm constantly on the move, though I try to bring a laptop with me everywhere I go. I often only have access to a mobile device, and it's definitely not the best as my phone tends to lag even when loading just a few tabs in a web browser, and it's easy to fatfinger numbers in (which has cost me money in the past), even though mobile applications as a whole have become much more user-friendly and navigable recently. Everyone's going to agree that trading on a desktop or laptop's the best way to trade, but in my situation I sometimes have to compromise and only use a phone with a slow connection.

Desktop is the best way to trade because you can have multiple monitors in order to look and wait for the highest price to come out before selling or investing in the market.

Hello guys,
I would like to understand what is the safe and easiest Device to trade Cryptocurrencies for you.

 Desktop or Mobile ?

Thanks

I am more willing to recommend with desktop pc, it is easier for us to analyze the market if using mobile enough to monitor the price of coins that we trade. use desktop pc safer in analyzing the market

Recently I started to use mobile device for my trading but I am not feeling that much convenient as I do trade before with my desktop. Most of the analyzing tools are not working properly with my android mobile. I am in plan to switch back to laptop or to desktop even I will not be trade anywhere like I do with mobile. How you people do manage with mobile device for your trading ?

Laptop of course. It is convenient, easy access to all necessary info. But most importantly - home broadband speed !! Nothing can beat the speed!

I use mobile phones for my trading. Tab trader is good if you prefer trading on the go via your mobile platform. All you need is just the API from any of the exchanges you are using and if you do not know how to generate APIs, you may want to check that out on Google as there are so many articles that can guide you.

The thing here is that you have some indicators to make use of for analysis, you can set your sell order and buy order quickly, and you can set an alarm so as to give you a stop loss signal or whatever you want to get alerted for.

I use to trade over mobile phone. I use mobile because it's just very handy and I can chose to do trading at any time. When I go to malls and fells it needs to trade, its just very easy unlike PC need to have vacant time to do what you need to do.

I do not like trading on mobile phones. I prefer to trade on desktop as desktop gives you a better view of the charts and also the market. You won't be able to make accurate decisions with your mobile. With desktop, you can

Hello guys,
I would like to understand what is the safe and easiest platform to trade Cryptocurrencies. Desktop or Mobile ?

So Where do you trade and why ?

Thanks

Mots of the time I am spending my trades time over the mobile/smartphone. The thing is im also full time employed person and I have no time to trade it over the PC or dont have access to the crypto sites within my organisation. Also that would be unethical practice to do as its again the policy to try them out.
So im just keeping it over the smartphone so that it would be easy for me and no one notices that too.  ;D
I use desktop sites sometimes but that only when weekends or holidays are up front.
Gone are those days most especially for long term traders to start having to stay in front of the PC all day long, except for day traders anyway as they simply do not have any choice.
I only trade just very few selected coins that I can monitor and doing short or long term trading on a mobile app is so easy. I found that a problem at first since I needed to be able to do some analysis but since I bumped into tab trader, it was like all my prayers got answered in one single mobile app.

Desktop obviously because you can easily monitoring the market and also if something big happened on crypto, you can react fastly. Just bring a laptop and you can use it everywhere. Mobile is also good though, but i think desktop is more easy to use and more friendlier. The different is, on mobile you can do trading at any time anywhere.

I am more comfortable to trade on desktop than a laptop or phone. I mostly use my phone to monitor the price when my desktop is unreachable(stuck on traffic or something like that.). The reason why I'm more comfortable with desktop is because of its larger screen and faster switching of tabs it also easier to post an order using a desktop compared to phone.

Desktop and laptop are verry simillar to each other as both of them have larger screens than compared to a phone or any other gadgets .

In my case , i do also prefer to use pc or laptop whenever i do trades and check other sites related to cryptos such as browsing for news or posting within the forum because im more comfortable if i see all the stuffs written on a single webpage rather than scrollong up or down which is a bit more hassel .

I invest only on my pc, my mobile phone is a smart phone (iphone) and it can do all the investment and all that from it but I still like my pc more because I can use it a lot easier.
However, I have one of those portfolio checkers on my phone (blockfolio) and I keep checking how much I made or lost from that, it is great to do price checking and all that but when it comes to really do a proper investment I want to use my PC to check and research the coin as much as I can and I do not do it on the phone like invest on the road or quickly or anything like that, I do it sitting down and spending DAYS before I decide to click "buy" button.

Due to poor internet connection in our barangay, it is not possible to use laptop to surf in the internet. Like for example I am going to trade in etherdelta, it will not even load. This is the reason why I use mobile device most of the time. I only use laptop whenever I am in our town or somewhere where internet connection is good.
In case of mobile device, i find it hard to use mobile because of the screen and the mobile limitation. Limitation ? Some websites cannot be loaded right in mobile.
Safe ? I think ir depends upon the security of the device you will use.

I use two desktop and cellular devices because both of me are equally important, but both have advantages and disadvantages, I use a cellphone when I am outside the home and to trade I use a desktop.

It's better to trade on websites to update immediately at the time you trade because most applications are delayed and if the phone is not original you can break your trading day by day.

I have always been using my mobile phone for a very long time now since I got a hold of tab trader. The good thing about it is that you are always on the go; you can link up all your trading accounts to it, which for me I trade on bittrex, binance and Kucoin, with all the analysis that can help you make good trading decisions are right there at your disposal. One thing for sure, is that, I never miss any stop loss or miss out on any trade since then.

I use both but i prefer to use Dekstop because has larger screen so it will be more easy to reading the chart and to determine support and resistance area. And for mobile app i only use it to check the currenct price and to check my trade when going from home.

For those who may like bigger screens, sure, desktop trading may be perfect and most especially for day traders. Being a swing trader, all I just need is a platform I can integrate my trading account APIs, put up the necessary indicators that helps me with my strategies and then voila, I am game!
I fell in love with tab trader on android and even though I still mix it with desktop once in a while, I have gotten so use to it. All I need is my momentum indicator (RSI) which is present as well as MAs. Free but awesome!

Since I am currently a full time employee, using mobile apps in trading is more convenient for me. Easy to open and access with. Just a fast internet connection and I am fine with mobile apps. Though I admit that there are some features that are good to view in a desktop mode, I can carry my phone anytime and anywhere.
