I checked your address in Blockchain :) it works perfectly: your balance is 0.00BTC

:)

"Guys, I just bought new wallet, look :) can you help me to check how good it keeps money in? Just put some bills inside :) Oooh great! Look :) works great! Ok. I give you back. Thanks. Now I know my wallet works."

:D

what is your app 4 wallet? Bitcoin-qt? Bitcoin wallet? Multibit? Armory? Blockchain? if yes - 100% it will work :)

0.0001 BTC

:) :)

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Transaction_fees

"mintxfee     0.0001 (BTC)"

you can put no fee at all... :)

that is why it was funny for me when I posted above "will you send it back" :)

In this case your output is so small ( < 0.01btc) and mostly it will still incur transaction fee. Of course some miners do not follow the default settings and are still willing to send it without a fee.

It happens because you are trying to send 100 satoshi out.
You will probably need to play with raw tx if you want to create tx with outputs <5430 satoshi.
