Which one is more profitable to invest into.
Can BCH ever over-take ethereum when BTC moon?

In my view BCH is good as well like ethereum and for sure it will increase more when bitcoin constantly surge again because it always pump also when there's a small increase in the market. And the price itself as of now is higher than eth , so maybe a good choice than ethereum.  

I don't really see BCH taking over Ethereum though. Ethereum is a serious project handled by experts and is one of the most reputable altcoins out there. Ethereum also has partnerships and has a real purpose. BCH on the other hand is just a copy of Bitcoin but faster which doesn't really make things better. Also, it is manipulated to be a pump and dump coin.

You bitcoin cash shill never try to understand if your coin just a shit security coin. Bitcoin cash just another garbage copy cat from bitcoin. Bitcoin cash is definitely died. It's just another fork scam coin.

certainly more profitable Ethereum so far. almost all ICOs use the Ethereum platform as a tool of exchange because of its advantages and safety. and BCH is just a scam coin and will not last long.

I do not think bitcoin cash will replace ethereum, because this ethereum is the best altcoin from other coins which means the ethereum is still on it bitcoin cash. Because we know this bitcoin cash includes a copy of another bitcoin. this is just a scam coin. and ethereum is very good to be invested in long term so until now ethereum still much in trust investor. I think this ethereum will maintain its popularity from other altcoin.

if we look at the price of course BCH is higher but in terms of ETH volume is much higher than BCH, other than that ETH has better technology than BCH. if we look at it I prefer Eth.

BCH won't care about Ethereum or whether you guys think if they can overtake it. They are more focused with overtaking bitcoin and that's all they want to do.

It's quite a long time before seeing someone shills bitcoin cash and I thought they were all gone but they have been hiding to their caves and now went out.

For me BCH is new coin platform just like Ethereum that I hodl a year from now, even BCH price is increasing slowly in the market and wanted to be near Bitcoin. Ethereum is the best for me as a holder of it, I use to love and trade and buy coins and altcoins using ethereum and it is easy for me to transac using ethereum. I know that Ethereum price is sometimes up and down because of the market strategy, but I know that it will pump this year.

BCH should overtake XRP first before thinking of overtaking ethereum and to overtake bitcoin it should surpass eth first. most coins today use eth blockchain and bitcoin cash is just a copy of bitcoin. i choose ethereum over BCH.

both of them are equally shitcoins and they both rely on getting pumped to survive so both of them can get pumped big time and give you big profit but only during their pumps and also both of them can get dumped hard and crush you and your investment under the massive load of the whales who dump on your head.

which one to choose?
it is never a question of which one, it is a question of when.
and the answer is hard because you have to predict two things:
1. the pump and when it will come so that you can enter before it or at least in its early stages.
2. the dump and when that will start so that you can make sure to sell before the dump begins.
for example the pump of ETH you should have dumped it at $1500+ before the whales started duping on you and before the price reaches $100 and they are done.

These are two completely different koins. And they have different goals. Personally, I think in the future they will show themselves. Everyone in their field. So hold on.

Ethereum is a platform while bitcoin cash is as what they say "a faster and more scalable version of bitcoin". Two different use cases. But in terms of value as a cryptocurrency, I think ETH will always be above BCH.

I have in my position this two coins and even I don’t agree of how bitcoin cash is made or how it is promoted by destroying bitcoin. Now I’m more open than ever as I give it a little chance for money interest and nothing more. Forking coins is always be not necessary and I’m against any of it, but if it is free money then I’m not so hypocrite not to be true to what I needed to do for profit, for family. I dont think that bch will overtake ethereum, bch just another fork of bitcoin and it looks like shitty for me personally. We still got a lot of tokens based on ethereum network, that's why btc wont raplace ethereum at all.

Personally, I believe that ethereum is more profitable than bitcoin cash because ethereum is managed by very strong team and its blockchain is very good and I am sure it will continue to improve as long as crypto still exist and it will remain the second best and second most popular crypto.

The choice from these two coins is obvious to me. I very much like ETH, it behaves at the falling market, than BCH much more steadily. Also in my opinion ETH more perspective for investments. ETH - a blockchain which is used almost in all projects. It promotes its stability and growth.

Both the coin have done well but I would prefer eth over bch but still people who have invested in bch has a chance to get some good return.The reason why I picked Eth over bch is the progress rate and margin.In Eth the rates are and return is high and bch rates are high and returns is moderate.

You will quickly find that it is filled with shady moves and volatility.
Not something I would have confidence in.

Yeah, TOTALLY different.

The market is maturing and people are moving away from speculative investments and moving money towards more solid projects.
That a great deal of the the top 20 coins will not be top 20 any longer and will replaced with better projects.

In the case of bch, they will probably stick it out for a long time, but eventually, when people abandon btc for something better, bch will go along with it.

In the 2 cryptos, you listed, investment in Ethereum would certainly be more profitable than the EB because the potential of ETH is now indisputable. Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is a recent emerging crypto on the market, and the potential certainly will not be able to overcome ETH. Therefore, if you want a high profit, invest in ETH instead of BCH.

I would pick Ethereum any day, any time. Why? It's a bit more advanced than Bitcoincash and it has a full fledged ecosystem behind it. A quick look at the market today will tell you that majority of the other top Cryptocurrencies today and built using Ethereum's support. That's a huge plus. Bitcoin cash on the other hand, not so much. Basically it's just like bitcoin and we don't need two bitvoins to get mainstream adoption, Definitely not.

these are different coins with different goals. BCH is the son of BTC and designed to money transferring and ETH is used for platform and smart contract beside the money transferring but I prefer ETH.

I think basically both will be able to give us benefit if for long-term investment because both of them have good potential and have a very high volume of enthusiasts. but if to choose one, I would prefer ethereum for investment because it has good prospects and the movement is much faster than the slightly slower BCH, in addition to the cheaper ethereum price of BCH.

With my coins.ph wallet, I've been holding these three coins; ETH, BTC, and BCH.For now I guess these currencies only are can be stored in wallet.But maybe soon they'll be considering other altcoins also because our country is now slowly adapting cryptocurrencies.When asking which is more profitable BCH or ETH, I would say both in different ways.

That's right but here we are talking about which one of them is more profitable compared to each other. Basically, in this case we need to look into the price volatility of each coin.
BCH as you can see is created long time after Ethereum genesis and the price has surpassed ETH and currently more than about 1,5x price of ETH right now. If we make a conclusion from that, BCH will be a better option of an investment, but seeing from other factor and the fact that ETH will eventually switch to PoS, I think that ETH can be a better investment option but doesn't really sure about that.

For invest, BCH is better than Ethereum. You can see from price action and volume history, news and how many speculation in big number that already happen, from their you'll have basic and true data that you can use to analyze. BCH have similar pattern with bitcoin but mostly happen in medium & long term period. Be careful because now, sideways still running.

Although BCH price is higher than ETH but I still choose ETH to invest.

What do you mean about overtake, in price BCH is higher, but it's not with technology and community in my opinion, if you ask me which one you choose i will answer eth, BCH just split or result from hardfork on btc, whereas ethereum since its initial stand alone when its value is still low until now, smartcontract owned ethereum platform is the best in I think.

Bitcoin cash doesn't even has a chance in front of Ethereum. Ethereum is in the race to replace Bitcoin as the number one coin. I prefer investing to ETH and I already saving many of those in my hard wallet for long term holding. I always check coinmarketcap when I have my free time and notice that ETH always went up a price or it gains more than BTC or BCH. it is undervalued right now so you may grab some of those when it is on a $400 position. I have this good vibes that the bulls are coming and when that time comes, ETH will surely go to the moon and may reach an all time high this year. ETH is a "smart contract platform" basically allowing decentralized business deals and app development, a place where developers can make cool stuff and be paid in ETH. Since it is also a functioning blockchain the tokens are used as currency although that is not the primary purpose.

BCH has better utility in that regard and it scales better, for a few technical reasons. If smart contract capability and app development come to BCH then I would struggle to understand what the benefits to ETH would be as well.

In term profitability no one actually knows the one that will profit more, for me the way i go about this situation is that I will invest in the both of them and Hold, which ever one that gains more I will still have my profit.

What from I see and heard. BCH is just a pump and dump coin which lures new investors for the whale to profit. I do not see it having real usage compared to Ethereum which has a smart contract. Last year as i remembered that Bitcoin cash superseded Ethereum in no.1 spot of top ranked position for the best Altcoins for only a few weeks then after that Bitcoin cash become only 2nd to the ripple in talking of market performance.Therefore before BCH will supersede ETH it should surpass the XRP first in which also very stable position of following the lead of ETH. Ethereum is the most trusted platform by most of the ICOs so i could say it will be impossible for any Altcoins to supersede ETH for now.

If for trading I prefer BCH because if BTC falls suddenly, BCH falls but not too much, in contrast to ETH if BTC falls suddenly, ETH falls very far, if for transactions I prefer ETH because it is faster than BCH

For me Ethereum has more potential than BCH, ethereum is more popular than bch because mostly of ICO is using ethereum. Although ethereum for now has big market breakdown but there nothing to worry about ethereum will recover soon. Eth will always be on the tail of bitcoin, and i think BCH cant over-take ethereum when bitcoin moon.

BCH is not a good comparison to ETH. As a matter of fact, BCH is being delisted on some exchanges that i know of, such Okex and Kucoin and i think there are some other exchanges that have also delisted it. Which means that there are some odd things noticed about it. On my opinion, it isn't correct even to compare these two.
Ethereum is not only ETH itself as a money. but also it's a platform for smart contracts, Dapps, etc., i.e. it has many cases of use,  those have a certain demand.
BCH has no any of such properties. It was just a fork a year ago, which helped us to earn some more BTC, nothing else. I don't see any prospective in this one, so i have sold it and forgot about.
So, if i should choose between BCH and ETH, of course i choose Ethereum.

Few days ago, I would say that BCH is much more better to invest in than ETH because of BCH hardfork :)). But at the moment when hardfork happened, I don't think BCH has any chance to be better than ETH anymore :). Few days ago, there are so many traders and investors tried to buy as much as BCH as possible to get free Bitcoin Cash SV and Bitcoin Cash ABC from hardfork but at the moment seem like this hardfork has bad effect to BCH IMO.
