Hi, I updated my phone and it erased my imtoken wallet password and account...

I dont seem to have the recovery seed with me.. I couldnt find it !  Do you think the world will have to solve this business problem ? Something that you can remember would be easy to use.... Who in this world would remember seed of 12 words !

If you just imported your imToken account from MyEtherwallet, just head on to myetherwallet and open your account. But when you create an account in imToken, you have a backup of seed phrase. Make sure to make a copy on it, if you lost it, then we have no choice. It is your own responsibility to make a backup for your account. You and only you are the responsible for your own account.

I think you can't access to your account if the passphrase or private key is lost..passphrase is the only way to access your account.

If you have lost your seed, then you can't recover. This is a world problem. We should write 12 words on paper. This is very necessary, because once you lose, you will lose very badly. If you have backed up your iPhone, you can try to recover it.

If you can't find your 12 words back, try contacting imtoken's customer service.
Because maybe your data is stored locally.

try to contact the administrators of the website, I think they have a solution to identify that your owner

data is not stored locally anf as op said he had updated his phone he did mistake by not keeping back up of important things.  Nothing can be done as per my knowledge.

You do not back up the recovery seed, you can not get back your wallet, any software that supports recovery seed, or you must have a private key of your wallet address,
In other words! You do not have the chance to get back the lost wallet address!

Accessing your wallet again is something I don't think can be possible again.  Imtoken do ask users to backup their wallet and the best way to backup is to save ur private key or keystore  somewhere save apart from your phone.
Next time try saving it on your Google drive provided that nobody have access to it.

I'm sorry for your lost but is it so difficult for you to create a notepad to backup all of your seed in there? I have done it in so many times and I never had any problem with it. In my opinion it's your fault because you are not creating any backup for that. you can't open your wallet without it.
