Honestly I have no idea how calculate recent top merit user (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;stats=topusers). It's look my name also listed on that list.

What is meaning that number of left side with username.

Example:

• 76: Coolcryptovator (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1980983)

What is meaning 76 ? I have still received 86 merit and I spend 23 smerit.
This post only for knowledge, I want to know how it work to select recent top merit user.

Any senior members can explain please ?

As we do have the data of merit for last 120 days, I assume this list is also made from the history of last 120 days. People who have received the most merits in last 120 days, have been listed here.
This list has been made from merit history of last 30 days. I have checked it with couple of accounts merit history.

If I'm correct, you have received 76 merits in last 30 days.

That's right. There's a separate page for sent merit: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;stats=topsend for last 30 days and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;stats=topsendat for all time.
