Do you think Telegram and Discord are important, to have and use, when starting an ICO?

Would you say it was more or less important then BitcoinTalk/BitcoinWiki and Twitter/Reddit?

telegram is an important medium for getting various developmental information on ico itself, and we can freely ask any questions or issues about ico

ideally, there are many people already using Telegram as compared to Discord and since building ICOs involves getting active members, I think Telegram will be the better choice.
