Title: New contacts from Blockchain Meetups
Post by: Tootyr on July 11, 2018, 07:16:13 PM
I'm starting a Crypto Meetup in my community and want to let people know how many connections they can make on average by attending. Any advice on what attendees might do to improve the number and quality of connections would be useful.

Very much depends on the size of the conference, the meeting, how many people will attend. The answer depends on this. At me this number can vary from 1 up to 15 person when I come and already I see acquaintances, and they acquaint with the friends. There can be a lot of contacts, especially if you put such a goal in front of you.

Thanks for your reply, I just read an article about the effectiveness of meetups and conferences for like-minded people. I decided to attend Toronto Starts a meet-up with broader interests and got new perspectives on crypto and ICO's. I met a founder who is developing a new platform to aggregate all your crypto from all exchanges and wallets it real-time providing info on tx fees, taxes, and profits all in one app. Sounded cool.
