???

the moment an ico successfully is about to complete a fruitful project.

like a military invasion of a ressource rich area. during napoleonic wars, speculators seeked information advantage on outcome of military battles in europe in order to invest into the right currency/valuepaper, the rothschilds systematically deluded and spread misinformation to gain wealth from those speculators.  ;)

icos dont do those yet, but one day they will  ;)

When they hit the exchanges. Then the price is lowest and you can buy tokens cheap. Most of the time the price is lower then the ICO prce.

Why people do make use or always tag out the ICO word to project ones. They do know whats ICO?
Initial coin offering of a certain project which its just still the same and regarding on the question then its just simply talking best time to invest into a certain coin offering which is included on a span of time and i would say pre-sale is the best spot.

This is only after such sale where this is a considerable step for us to join in and i do also done this stuff where i do spot a good coin to dump out and make a good entry point.

there is actually no perfect time, its always diverse, and different for all icos.

i doubt currency investing will stay profitable in the long term,

except if you invest into a currency that is hostile to other currencies and bans them in its territory, like the german reichsmark under adolf hitler

It's depend on your own preferences and view about the project.

Sometimes people preferred to just put money once they saw a) an active developers that interact with the community b) good roadmap and developments and c) out of buying the hype. That was during sales period.

Now after sales, it will depend how it will behave on the exchanges. How much liquidiy it can established, how much volume it can produced, the impact of the hype etc.

After this statement, your assignment now is, how will you solved your concern?
