If you click to leave the page, a JavaScript prompt appears warning you that you are leaving something vitally important.  If you click on "Stay on Page" instead of the droning video, you get the full transcript.

Its so riddled with mistakes that it hurts to try to list them.

Two leap out:
1.  He says the US has access to cheaper oil than other countries because the dollar is a reserve currency.  Its akin to saying that I am a slow runner because there is a tree in the garden.  The two things are not connected and in point of fact, the US pays the same for oil as everyone else apart from the Saudi discount.
2. He then says oil is cheaper in the US than the UK.  This one has 2 errors:
2(a) The UK pays for oil in Sterling which is also a reserve currency.
2(b) The price he quotes for gas in the UK includes value added tax and the petrol taxes.

I gave up reading when he got to an unnamed European country where a loaf of bread costs $50,000,000,000,001.  If he gets around to naming it later, I will take 2 loaves from my freezer, drive to Heathrow, fly there and sell them for $50,000,000,000,000 each.  Yes I know that if I stopped and bought more bread on the way, I could make even more than $100,000,000,000,000 but I am not greedy :P

Porter Stansberry is an alarmest of the economic variety.

Interesting advertisement though.

He wants you to send cash for information (you know, the worthless federal reserve note variety he hates).

Just like Alex Jones and his ilk, they want to scare people using partial truths, to make money off you.
