Appendix G of the Yellow paper contains the gas prices.

I think you may be better off hiring just one or two experts in cryptography and blockchain tech rather than a mixed bag of 7 "front-end & back-end" devs. But again, it depends on what you're doing. This is the maximal cost for the standard gas limit of 21000 (typically used for a standard ETH transaction). You can adjust this with the "Gas-Time-Price Estimator" on this site.
