Title: Recovered wallet
Post by: samspaces on February 14, 2014, 07:45:37 PM
For those interested: I had a 'corrupt wallet' after a reboot without shutting down vertcoind. Balance was gone, new wallet.dat and another file named wallet.dat.rewrite. After some tinkering, renaming the 'wallet.dat.rewrite' to 'wallet.dat' recovered the original wallet.

Kind of yea, only 22 vertcoins, but still a bummer to lose. Hopefully this will help someone someday.
