The site looks good, and professional and all. Are you going to market this to all the giveaway and announcement sites? Gotta get out there and spread the word. Also, are you going to consider exchanges such as Xnigma? they are more open to newer and different alt coins, and seem to have a good site going.

Pool CPU are using like 100w each .... it's nothing compared to a HD 6990 as you can use for mining in solo. So your argument about the cost of electricity are totally wrong, and thats sound very unprofessional about the devs skill, im sorry.


PS: When you are mining on a pool, it's your CPU/GPU who consumes electricity then not the pool... like i said one CPU pool consumes around 100w (150 to 350 full server), when one solo miner consumes around 300 or 10000w and more.

I like the GAY, in the same way that one can be attached to a crippled pet, or to stay on topic, an mentally unstable ex-Christian twink with daddy issues. It's so pretty, and so easy... the only coin I ever managed to solo mine in significant numbers.

The last thing I heard from the coin starter was "We are looking for devs to fix the bug not syncing wallet (https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/8220-gaycoin-gay-information/page-2)". I guess the wallet simply wasn't syncing for many users because there was no one else on the network. This coin was obviously made by a graphical designer whose coding skills might be less than fabulous. So I hope someone will help develop this coin, with regard to security patches and so on.

GAY is still listed on a few exchanges, even though the coin starter said on the facebook page that he wanted to delist it and only sell it through his website:

It's just because of low hashrate, current network hashrate is around 300K hashes so the chances to solve the block with 700 hashes are low.
