I am not looking for top 100 (based on marketcap) cryptos, but newer entries in the lower end. Can someone recommend coins with solid team/development(also has a finished product) ?

Exactly 1637 alt coins are listed here https://coinmarketcap.com/all/views/all/ and you can find many low marketcap alt coins there. Take some time to do research and choose several to invest.
I won't suggest you anything but bitcoin because when someone close to me introduced me to crypto I was introduced to bitcoin, liked it and I am not investing in alt coins and I can't suggest you any because I don't believe alt coins have future.

Rather than looking purely at market cap, I feel it's important to look at the prospects of the project as well and use cases. One of my favourite low cap coins currently is swth. Dexes are going to be the future of trading in my opinion

You should look coin types like Aeron - ARN, OAX, Quantum - QAU, Oyster - PRL. I really see these types of coins have strong potential.

I recommend Traxia (TMT) - https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/traxia, because the receivables market is very high and the market is experiencing difficulties with liquidity. The tragedy solves this problem.
Now the project is at 1451 rank, but when the market capitalization is introduced, it will move to the top 300.

You can do your own research on finding a low marketcap altcoin and read through their whitepaper and check their community if their will be growth. But bear in mind that buying low marketcap coin is not always a sure way to make profits as most of then have a hard time of mooning in the market. I would suggest that pick a coin in the stablecoins and then pick an altcoin with a lowmarket cap just in case the will have a hard time mooning.

There is an interesting project. The team very strong and constantly moves forward. Everything is clear and transparent. The coin has gone public recently and costs a little. ICO IZX.

Hey look into ADA. Some people might say that it is already high per sey but I still think that there is still a lot left for the coin. It is still cheap, it has good potential. Then there are other coins like lindacoin which are still very cheap with low market caps but with what their creators are doing with it, there is so much potential in these coins.

Advise any team can only be a professional or someone who gets a stable profit on cryptocurrency. To get into such a team is quite difficult, in this case, one investment is not enough.

I don't think low and high market caps will change the situation. Consider BTC, it has the largest market cap than all the coins but it is the best coin. So I think what to consider is whether their products are promising and achievable. 

You can give a trial to CYFM. It is already listed. It has a working product and an established firm. So it is genuine and will serve the purpose of good investment. It has a child token called MFTU, amd i have invested into both.
