Why his facing this kind of warnings?? Being a crypto leader or influencer is dangerous?

Indeed, McAfee has been responsible for the pumps and dumps of various coins but he influence has brought alot of newbies into the cryptospace.

If there's a death threat, I wouldn't take a gamble of attending or going outside my home even its a false threat or real one.

Being an active advocate for cryptocurrency can also be dangerous? I don't think so, let's say this is real but there's also a part in my mind that tells me this can also be faked.
Whoever gave death threats to him might be stuck in the middle of his pump and dump group and lost millions of bucks.
After the failed assassination, it's better for him to stay and recover.

Obviously those group of cartels who hates bitcoin and crypto currency doesn't want it to develop and progress even further that's they threaten big time crypto enthusiast with death threats. Honestly how much do they want they even manage to regulate crypto's and ban ICO that's why the price has been fluctuating. Hope nothing happens to him.

Mark Karpeles cost thousands of people millions of dollars of losses yet he strolls around Tokyo just fine. No doubt plenty of that money was drug money too.

I'd be willing to bet that John Mcafee phones in his own death threats or pays his wife to do it. He has a massive amount of paranoia to feed and no one else is interested enough. He's turned his brain to mush with chemical experimentation.

Maybe many people think that he is the reason why they lose their money, so it drives to this circumstance.

really? I lose respect for him after his drama with XVG coin. everyone now knows that he pump and dump coins for money. he made a big mistake, i don't know why he started that type of life. i think his software has no demand in the market now and he got money problems.
