It is a scam which tries to get people to see bcash as bitcoin. In case you have downloaded a wallet from their site, the chances are high it is a bcash wallet (and not a bitcoin wallet). Simply download a bitcoin wallet and import the private keys of your bcash wallet into your btc wallet. This will get you access to your BTC. You can either download electrum (https://electrum.org/#home (https://electrum.org/#home)) or look here to find a suitable wallet: https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet (https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet). Looks like there are reviews mentioning possible loss of funds. Probably best getting in touch with their support, and finding a better wallet going forward (including cold storage). It can be sent once for many different wallets.
