Title: Bitsler flawed mobile web designed causing players to bust
Post by: darkschneider78 on July 14, 2018, 02:10:46 PM
Normally I have only good things to say about this site. I probably have more chances to profit at this than any other. But when they dont test their
Mobile site design before release... the results causing players to loose their coins. I was rolling last night doing a 9% chance with 11% increase on loss, my base bet was .000016000, for some reason their site translated that into 1 ripple , and busted my 90 ripples in 20 rolls. Maybe it's my fault for trusting their design and not looking right away when rolling.  There is another feature that's bugged  where a player can accidentally press max  bet without a warning.... I had 2 friends who lost alot due to this. So how many times do a player have to bust due to a faulty design so you can fix it or get rid of your  so called responsive design???  Get rid of your design till fixed.. but it's been like this for over 12 months now...  If you busted due bitsler mobile design please post your comment here. I know this ch mo change.. but this is an unnecessary loss.

Why would you use a cheap web design instead going  professional with mobile.website?????

Im not saying that i dont believe on you but mostly these kind of words would be commonly hear out for those people who do lose up while playing gambling and do make reasoning later on when they do lose up money. Why wont stop if you able to observe some bugs or any other related problems? Why you did decide to go further on?
If you do believe that it is a bug you can always tell their support about it and about loss? then theres no compensation about that since its not their mistake if you press out max bet.

Minimum bet for XRP is 0.00015 so I am sure you will get an error notification when you hit the roll button with base bet of 0.000016 xrp. Btw, for better solution, sending a support ticket will be the best choice!

As my own experience, whenever we set our base bet below the min bet, we will get error notification and auto roll will immediately stop. This applied for both desktop and mobile. Bitsler isn't rounding our base bet just to meet the min bet requirement.

In general its never a good idea to gamble large amounts with a mobile device like a phone or iPad.

One of the reasons is that the screen is usually small and you need to usually zoom in/zoom out and you can very easily hit the wrong button and end up losing money.

Regarding the "max" bet amount, many people have done that in the past. I myself when manually betting on a desktop have hit that button a few times and sometimes I got lucky and other times it was a loss.

Since then I don't keep large amounts of BTC in any gambling casino for this reason.

But hitting that button is very common, especially on a mobile device which is not always the best to use.

Unfortunately I don't think Bitsler will be able to do anything about that. Everyone can say they accidently clicked that button, went bust and ask for a refund.

Plenty of these types of accidental max bet claims. I myself have done accidental max bet but this isn't a flaw of design, just my choice when I click yes confirm max bet, or switch off the warning. I doubt these claims are justified unless you can replicate this bug and prove it.

Otherwise, this is the problem faced by every autobet, which is why I always set limits or make sure my bankroll isn't exposed. Then again, my autobets always freeze, no matter which site I use. So in general, the script freezes even before I reach intended rolls.

stomachgrowls is correct. If it works out in your favor, you wouldn't ask for a refund of bet.

adaseb is correct too. Don't risk mobile devices for big bankrolls. They're always acting weird.
