On productivity sides, ASICs isn't good enough for long-term uses. But it depends on your condition. One of my friends still using Antminer (S1, S2, S3) a bit odd right? That because he has free electricity, experienced enough to find a profitable coin and also have a good knowledge of the technical sides.

So, if you plan to buy the old one ASICs miners and think that machine still worth it, it will depend on your condition.
