I have opened up the firewall IP and Ports. but still can't get other PC's who are mining the coin to connect to the network. Any advice in what my server files should look like appreciated.

Seems like a very easy way to lose control of your stuff if you don't know what you're doing. running the masternode for you has no control unless you give up your private keys. Not many people are going into masternodes due to the current market conditions of alts.
