Are you related with OP or you are also planning to run your ICOs?

Don't add to the scams out there and make your ICO clear and transparent, you can also hire a bounty manager that is reputable.

Sounds like you are going to be a bounty manager. You can post ANN threads in official Service Announcements (Altcoins) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=197.0) section and bounty threads in official Bounties (Altcoins) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0). There are too many ANN and bounty threads in those sections. You can get an idea from looking at those threads.

Excuse me, you state in your personal text that you are offering yourself as a bounty manager. Yet you are making this very newbie question. Don´t you see some inconsistencies there my friend? Do you think that managing a Bounty is a simple task?

So, you're bounty manager who have no idea how to do your job? Great! Are you really sure that you are ready to become bounty manager? I would recommend to learn . It's not easy to become good bounty manager.
Yeah, he can learn from these threads. But one important thing - don't try to copy. Your ANN, Bounty thread, signature codes and etc should be orginal.

I am tempted to believe you have your whitepaper already in place, your team functional and ready website available ?  If these are already available then you are good to begin with your bounty campaign.

Are you kidding us? I mean, you provide bounty management services even though you don't even know how to run a thread.

You already ware personal text for manage bounty but you are making thread look like brand new account. This is not funny ? If you aren't able thread than there is thousand participant how you will manage spreadsheet ?
Absolutely you have right to manage but before manage learn first. No one going to teach you like this if you post. Every one is busy. If you can't learn yourself from forum tham it's not possible by you to manage bounty. So learn first before earn.

A prerequisite is that you should have excellent organizational skills. Somehow, I don't believe you mastered that part.
