They (Localbitcoins and ethereums) have already made up their good reputation among people.

KYC is required yes, but Localbitcoins also does ask for verification. I did not compare this with any other platform, but Koinex did a good job by launching this as a way to support their customers. @Guvn0r Are you related with loop or you are promoting it in good wiil? This is clear aberration of existing law. It is not a legal loophole. It is illegal. Exchanges and paid media are misinforming gullible Indians for own profit and thereby putting them into future legal trouble.

In view of the associated risks, it has been decided that, with immediate effect, entities regulated by RBI shall not deal with or provide services to any individual or business entities dealing with or settling VCs.
