Title: btc-e swallow my 2500 ltcs Post by: pangcong on February 16, 2014, 03:45:27 PM 9 days ago, I withdrawed ltc to the same address for two times, the first time I withdrawed 2500 ltc, the second time I000 ltc, I received my ltc for the second time. But I never received the first 2500 ltc. I created a ticket, it has been 9 days. But I never got an answer from btce support.
I'm certain that btc-e swallow my 2500 ltc. I can find the transaction of the 1000 ltc on block explorer, however, I cannot find the transaction record of the 2500 ltc. 50 days now. Btc-e still do not resend my 2500 ltc. It looks like they totally won't return my coins. What's more, My btc-e support account is disabled. They forbid me to post new ticket!!!! I had a problem similar to yours with bitcoin instead of litecoin. But since then I have stopped trading on btc-e for 50 days. Everyday my main work is to post new ticket and ask support A2 to deal with my swallowed 2500 ltc.
