Title: Antminer T9+ Privileged API
Post by: MiningCentral1 on July 17, 2018, 11:31:56 PM
Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but every time i try to set the /config/bmminer.conf api setting to W:0/0 and reboot it will not let me access the api at all, and i can't reenable the api unless i completely reflash the firmware. Even restoring from the backup doesnt work. Does anyone have experience with manually enabling the privileged api? I'm working from a unix box so I can't use awesome miner to do it. I just need to enable the api for testing.

You might want to move this topic into the Mining section. You probably will get more qualified answers there.

Reflashing the firmware in order to gain access to the API sounds very strange.

Unfortunately i am not very familiar with the antminer config, but you might try setting "api-allow" : "A:0/0,W:*".
Did you follow this guide (http://www.awesomeminer.com/help/antminerapi.aspx) to set up the privileged API access ?
