Actually I wasn't think to open scam accusation about them. But suddenly they change their team after my question. So I think it's need to expose.

As well as they have successfully sold round #1. But still they are not use team. Once I saw there is no team then I try to reach admin. But I was archived their website before asking. There was no team. You can see on archive.

I haven't received appropiet answer from them why team is anonymous. Instead of answer they change their website with animated team picture.

I am pretty confuse about his answer. I think he strongly believe they will not scam.

Now com to the point. After my inquiry they change add team but check their position and picture. It's really laughing me.

It's really first time see main team has hide and just promoter list on team. Lol . Bounty manager, web developer, social media moderator, graphic designer etc . Is this really an ICO team ?

I don't know other's but we can see bounty manager on the team. He is really will responsible if QuantumPay scam people ?

Regarding whitepaper I was see only 8 page look like they make on Microsoft word and just convert to pdf.  No details discribtion about token , plan, team , uses  etc.

Nothing is their roadmap. Just launch application token born , website build etc.

About concept , what is the actual concept ? Every token promises same thing nothing different. Every body know decetrlize.

Uses of token , where will be use token ? They have any existing platform or any new platform? From their website we can see ,


Look like they are high promising more than Bitcoin. Really is this possible ? How many ICO complete their promises? Even they are not scammer but there is very low chance to be success with all fake information and anonymous team. They can't add their token on best exchange with no team.

Anyway just I discusses that what is on my mind. Just my question as a team members Bounty manager will take risk if they make exit scam ? Yes he/she got bounty token their hand as i see on bounty thread. For transfer bounty award they did paid you gas fee ? Which will be almost 10K USD total ( expected, depend on bounty perticipient). On the other hand if they scam what is the value of token that you hold. It's just need 4$ to create a ERC20 TOKEN. It's better hold Equal btc or eth that you hold token currently. At least promoter will get paid if they make exit scam.

People are really fool. Even no team no concept many red flags but they still buy this kind of shit token. So they deserve scam.

As I investigate several suspicious ICOs, I realize that reality is often mixed.
it is frequent that employees (Community or Bounty manager for example) sincerely think that the project is legit.

I am currently working on BitStash: their CEO is a crook, there are lots of red flags, but the teams remain convinced that there is a misunderstanding...

You guys are really doing a great job here which should be commended by everyone. With all the details you have provided, I find it hard and that is why I don't usually pity those who complain about how they were scammed for either investing in ICOs or participated in a worthless bounty campaign when the basic information about the name of the team which can be typed on Google, does not even add up. The point is a lot of people would still fall victim because as lazy as they are in searching on Google, so also would they be in checking the right section of the forum that would bring the information to make the right decision to their benefit.

How many people on this forum speak French? after read your post I was in the French section and did not see the QuantumPay thread. this section (  Scam Accusations  ) was created to report scam cases. Why you do not post what you know about this project? you could have done this or even created a thread in this section to alert people. but you did not do... and still criticize OP that has the courage and wants to alert people.


you did very well, the owners of this project do not want to show who the team members are and that makes this project a very shady project

Today, after seeing this ICO, I also paid attention to the anonymity of the team, and now I see your topic. These are just some comic book characters, not real people.  :o The only member I could find was a bounty manager. In general, I realized that this is something very darkened, and did not go into the details of the project, because if the "team" is embarrassed to show their faces - this is a big red flag.
