How this Bamboo ICO (https://coinfunda.com/ico_listing/bamboo/) is already listed on Yobit while ICO is in white listing phase.

I can name five or even more tokens that have ticker ESC, that doesn't matter to them as the contract address is naturally different.

It's not a big issue at all, Yobit works in a mysterious coin and they list coins that are considered shitcoins, its a pump and dump exchange, some of the coins listed there do not have a roadmap or a decent platform at all, this is where you find all the shitcoins in the market.
