I do not think that in 2018 the situation will change much. All the ICO are deceiving us. They wind up ratings, buy traffic, posts and etc.. Orgomnogo number of projects there is nothing but ideas or these projects do not need people. This is a potential scam. About 80% do not even pass listing on the exchange or are traded with volumes of 0.1-0.5. bitcoins per day. Or are you looking for projects like DeKLOUDS, which are engaged in counterfeiting? Why do most fraudulent ICO not disclose at the initial stage? Because they are not attractive at first sight for professional... And the teams that are professionally engaged in the analysis for themselves and investors immediately bypass them, saving their time, because it is a time-consuming process. You either learn and become professional, or pay for the work of professionals, otherwise you are likely to lose your money.
